Product Development
Designs and develops the products Jag Shack sells, from concept and sourcing through to the shelf.
Destiney Ortega
Product Development DirectorLeads Product Development and was named Intern of the Month in her first month on the team. Plays competitive softball and is aiming to combine it with a business and marketing degree in college.
Jade Irons
Product ManagerIn her third year at Jag Shack and second as Product Manager, she keeps every campaign on-brand — from TikToks to flyers — while coordinating across departments.
Autumn Brown
Product ManagerBelieves cooperation and tolerance are what make any team work, and brings that into how she manages the product line. A nationally competitive volleyball player and future pre-med student.
Nyla Cyrus
Product DesignerDesigns functional, trendy apparel that gets students excited to wear it. Recognized at the Underclassmen Award Ceremony for her work in language arts.
Aidan Chalumeau
Product DeveloperTurns creativity into products people want, blending marketing instincts with hands-on making. Raised in Pembroke Pines and part of the Class of 2028, he splits his free time between basketball, music, and video games.
Jiannah Garcia
Product ManagerNow in her second year as a Product Manager, she keeps campaigns on-brand from concept to execution with a mix of public speaking and creativity. Born and raised in Pembroke Pines, she enjoys sports and volunteering outside of Jag Shack.
Joshua McDonnough
Product ManagerA member of the Product Development team, helping bring new Jag Shack merchandise from concept to shelf.
Peyton McCarthy
Product ManagerOversees campaigns and cross-department coordination as a Product Manager, working closely with Creative and Merchandising to keep every campaign properly represented. Outside Jag Shack, she volunteers at the Humane Society and is exploring paths in marketing and medicine.
Visual Design
Shapes the visual identity behind every Jag Shack campaign, from in-store displays to digital graphics.
Izabella Di Febo
Visual DesignTurns ideas into visuals for the Creative team, with a steady hand under pressure. Outside Jag Shack, she volunteers around her community and spends time at the beach.
Brianna Flores
Visual DesignA caring, outgoing member of the Creative team who loves bringing ideas to life through design. Still exploring her path, with an eye on marketing or medicine.
Creative & Social Media
Creates the content and campaigns that keep PPCHS connected to Jag Shack online and in-store.
Alexa Sousa
Creative ManagerLoves turning ideas into content that shapes how the school sees Jag Shack. Also a member of the Pembroke Pines Police Explorers, where her team earned two trophies this year.
Makaylah Vila-Arthur
TikTok ManagerLeads Jag Shack's TikTok and social content, keeping students connected to the store online. Enjoys helping people and putting smiles on faces, on-screen and off.
Lucy Navarro
Social Media CreativeA member of the Social Media Creative team who values teamwork, organization, and making a positive impact on the people around her. Motivated to make the most of every opportunity, she hopes to become a nurse after graduating. Outside of Jag Shack, she enjoys reading and spending time with family.
Business Development & Sales
Manages vendor relationships, partnerships, and the deals that keep Jag Shack growing.
Sebastian Becerril-Diaz
B2B ManagerFounded and manages Jag Shack's first B2B department, developing skills in business development, B2B sales, and client and partner relationship management. Outside of Jag Shack, he plays pickup futbol with friends and watches anime.
Christopher Rengifo
B2BBuilds Jag Shack's connections with other campus clubs and organizations. ESB-certified, with a growing skill set in pitching and business strategy.
Adrian Plotnikow
ProcurementKeeps Jag Shack's vendor relationships running smoothly as the team's procurement lead, backed by five professional certifications and a VP of Finance seat on the DECA board. Outside the store, he plays guitar and loves to swim.
Dominic Lee
B2B Athletics ManagerESB-certified and driven by a deep passion for sports, he's working to make Jag Shack the sole distributor of jerseys across the school. Outside of Jag Shack, he watches a lot of basketball and football.
Andre Montell
Senior Sales DirectorLeads Jag Shack's sales efforts as Senior Sales Director, driven by strong collaboration skills and a goal to build a career in finance and business. Holds five professional certifications earned along the way.

Keeps the day-to-day running of the store — inventory, staffing, and logistics — on track.

Store Operations ManagerFour years into Jag Shack and now a Marketing Teacher Assistant, with two awards for marketing and leadership along the way. Passionate about organization and making a positive impact on the team.

Builds and maintains the Jag Shack website and the systems that keep the store running online.

Software Development ManagerA business, marketing, and tech enthusiast who builds tools that drive engagement and sales. Built an AI-powered startup tackling real-world problems, and enjoys music and Real Madrid in his free time.
