Who This Is For

Jag Shack is intended for the PPCHS community — students, faculty, and staff. Student/Faculty and Staff accounts require a valid @pinescharter.net email address. You're responsible for keeping your account and any staff access code confidential and for all activity under your account.

Purchases & Payment

Jag Shack items are ordered and paid for through MyPaymentsPlus, a third-party platform Jag Shack does not own or operate. We're not responsible for MyPaymentsPlus's availability, security, or terms — those are governed by MyPaymentsPlus directly. Prices, product availability, and promotions on jagshack.com are subject to change without notice. Our return and refund policy is posted at Hours & Return Policy and is part of these terms.

Acceptable Use

• Don't impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with PPCHS.
• Don't share your staff access code or use internal Staff Shack tools (chat, tasks, calendar, reservation queue) if you're not authorized Jag Shack staff.
• Don't post anything abusive, harassing, or unrelated to Jag Shack business in the internal staff tools.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems.

We may suspend or remove access for accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

The Jag Shack name, logo, and site content belong to the Jag Shack program at PPCHS. Product photography, graphics, and written content on this site may not be reproduced or reused elsewhere without permission — reach out to jagshack@pinescharter.net if you'd like to use something.

Photos & Likeness

Students who model for Jag Shack or appear in our Team Directory do so with their agreement to be featured on the site and on Jag Shack's social media. If you'd like a listing or photo corrected or removed, contact us and we'll take care of it — see our Privacy Policy for details.

No Warranty

Jag Shack is a student-run program, and this site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep information accurate and the site available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jag Shack and PPCHS are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits any rights you have that can't be waived under applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Jag Shack changes. The date at the top will always reflect the most recent update.
