Returns & refunds
Returns must be made within 48 hours of purchase.
Refunds
Jag Shack stands behind what it sells. If merchandise is damaged or defective, you can request an exchange or refund. The store manager will verify the issue and your original receipt. No refund is issued without store manager/supervisor approval, and clearance-priced items are not eligible.
